We have a small beekeeping apiary, located in Upstate New York, far away from conventional farms, deep in a woods. The area is very Eco friendly, reach with all kind of wild flowers including clover, aster, golden rod  and many others. We never transport our bees out of area for pollination, they also winterized locally. This is one 5 gal bucket, approx.#60 of pure, true raw, hand packed, unstained, unheated honey. This process we learned from our parents and grandparents. The honey contains small amount of pollen, propolis and live enzymes, and was extracted in an extreme clean environment and without use of any heavy equipment, just straight from the hive!
