Ancient Thracian applique necklace pendant medallion brass silver plated

This is a reproduction.
It is application of Thracian treasure from the 4 th century B C, found near the town Vratsa.
Such application has been used by the Thracian ruler as a personal adornment, or maybe
to decorate the horse trappings. Horses were of special respect and reverence in the life of
ancient Thracians, because they are always associated with the notion of power.
The application is made on typical Thracian art "animal style".
Can be seen engraved around a central circle 3 horse heads with open mouths surrounded
by 3 unexplained animals unreal postures.
Probably this composition has any idea related to life, religion and beliefs
of the ancient Thracian.
The application is embossed. Made of brass silver plated. Good condition.
Hanger is added and can be used as a necklace pendant.
