This jug of Pure Maple Syrup is  made from our own sugarbush on the slopes of the Helderberg Mountains.  This syrup contains nothing but the pure sap from Hard Sugar Maples that has been boiled down in the traditional manner on a wood fired evaporator.  Just to make one half gallon takes over 20 gallons of maple sap.
Our sap is collected in a state of the art, sealed tubing system for cleanliness.

Grade A will now include four new color and flavor classes for maple syrup: golden color and delicate taste, amber color and rich taste, dark color and robust taste, and very dark and strong taste.
