Recommendationson Using the Facial Steamer:
-- Recommended Distance between your face and the nozzle: 20-25cm (oily skin), 30-35cm (dry skin),
25-30cm (neutral or mixed skin), or 35cm (sensitive skin)

1.For a new steamer, use TAP WATER instead of distilled water (it does not have to be used later, especially the first time). In addition, add a little salt to the bottle to allow the instrument to detect the electrolyte.
2.The water level is too high/too low. The water level should not be below the lowest line or above the highest line. Half of the maximum line is the most suitable level recommended.
3.A) If the cup produces a lot of bubbles and reaches the Max line. B) The spots of Max line may also be stained by the water itself or the water inside is very turbid. All of this will make the steamer believe that there is too much water and will issue a "too much water" alarm (beep sound) to prevent hot water from splashing and hurting people.
Solution: Clean the cup thoroughly, replace it with water, then add some vinegar to the cup and heat it for 3-5 minutes. In this way, the cup will be properly cleaned.
4.Too much scale on the heating pipe.
Solution: Wipe and clean the heating tube.
