Description
Maple Cream / Butter made from Pure Vermont Maple Syrup. Perfect to spread on toast,donuts or a English Muffin, made with 100% VT Maple syrup no other ingredients.Various size packages, shipped in 8oz containers
Produced at Potter Family Maple in Bakersfield VT, we are a family operation My wife , myself and occasionally my daughter if she isn't at college or her boyfriends. After 30 years of helping or working for someone else making syrup, in 2009 we purchased 54 acres of raw woods and now have over 2300 taps up. We use all stainless steel equipment, and are using a wood fired evaporator. At the 2016 Maple Festival we received a Blue ribbon Outstanding (top 5) award for our Fancy Syrup (Golden). We were very fussy about the syrup that we entered in that contest and we are just as fussy about what we send to customers. We really want repeat customers so as we are bottling each batch we make sure it stands up to that blue ribbon hanging on the wall. Grade A - Amber Color/Rich Taste – (Grade A-Medium Amber)
Grade A – Dark Color/Robust Taste – (Grade A–Dark Amber)
Grade A – Very Dark Color/Strong Taste - (Grade B)
