"French" New Orleans La. 1836 - Tax Bill (Slaves ?)

Small Tax receipt 1836: Paroisse D'Orleans  - all in French - note on reverse is notation  "3 Eiclaves - -50 ( ??) I do not understand or read French  and can only assume this notation is in reference to Slaves .Most  interesting !
